A.N.D.Y. was Red Alert’s robot for the 2015 FRC season, Recycle Rush. This unique game challenged robots to stack totes on scoring platforms, cap the stacks with recycling containers, and properly dispose of pool noodles (“litter”).
Recycle Rush was distinctive as a co-operative game — there were no direct interactions between opposing alliances, with a step dividing the field. This allowed teams to focus purely on their stacking and scoring strategies.
